2. Applicability
These terms apply to all purchases made via our website.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is made via the methods offered at checkout. Obvious (typographical) errors may be corrected.

4. Orders & Delivery
Orders are processed on business days. Indicative delivery time: 5–10 working days. Delays caused by carrier, customs or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle you to damages.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You may withdraw within 30 days after delivery. See our Returns Policy for conditions and instructions.

6. Warranty
Statutory warranty applies. Report defects within a reasonable time after discovery to info@coldchapter.nl. Improper use or normal wear is excluded.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cold Chapter is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data or loss of opportunity. Our total aggregate liability in connection with a product or order is limited to the amount actually paid for that product/order.

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. strikes, failures of logistics providers, acts of God).

9. Complaints
Please contact info@coldchapter.nl. If we cannot resolve the matter, you may use the European ODR platform.

10. Governing Law
Dutch law applies. The competent court in the Netherlands has jurisdiction.
