  • What is the delivery time for my order?
    Our products are shipped via external partners. Average delivery time is 7–20 business days , depending on the product and destination. We'll always do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible.

  • Can I return my order?
    Yes. You have the right to return within 14 days of receipt. Note: for hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, lingerie, and personal care products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened . See our Returns Policy for full details.

  • How can I track my order?
    As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number . Didn't get an email? Please check your spam folder or contact us.

  • What if my product arrives damaged?
    We'll fix it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@coldchapter.nl (including clear photos). We'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

  • Why does my order show 'processed' but there's no tracking yet?
    This means your order has been handed over to our supplier. You'll automatically receive a tracking code once it has shipped. This can take a few working days.

  • Where do your products come from?
    We work with carefully selected partners worldwide, mainly in Europe and Asia . All products are chosen for style, quality, and originality.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped . Contact us as soon as possible and we'll see what's possible.

  • I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
    Check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Your email address may have been entered incorrectly. Send us a message with your full name and order details.
