Email us first at info@coldchapter.nl with your order number and the reason for return .

After approval, you'll receive return instructions .

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
4. Refunds

Within 14 days after we receive your return, we will refund the full purchase amount (including the original shipping costs of the order).

If you returned only part of your order, we will refund only the returned item(s) .
5. Damaged or incorrect item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@coldchapter.nl and include clear photos .
We'll provide an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).
