2. Applicability
   These terms apply to all orders placed via coldchapter.nl.

3. Offers & prices
   Prices are in EUR and include VAT. Obvious errors or typographical mistakes are reserved.

4. Ordering & payment
   Payment is made via the methods offered at checkout. An order is final after payment confirmation.

5. Delivery
   Indicative delivery time: 5–10 business days. Delays caused by the carrier or customs are beyond our control.

6. Right of withdrawal / returns
   You have a 30-day cooling-off period. See our Returns Policy for instructions and exceptions.

7. Warranty
   Statutory warranty applies. Report any defect within a reasonable period.

8. Liability
   Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant product, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

9. Complaints
   Email support@coldchapter.nl . If we cannot resolve the issue, you can use the European ODR platform.

10. Governing law
    Dutch law applies.
