Returns Policy – Cold Chapter

Cooling-off period
• You may return items within 30 days from the day after delivery.

Conditions
• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags/packaging.  
• Hygiene exception: underwear and socks are returnable only if sealed and unopened.  
• Watches: unworn and complete (box/manual/extra links).

How to return
1) Email your order number to info@coldchapter.nl to receive the return address (NL) and instructions.  
2) Ship the parcel within 14 days after your return request and keep the tracking receipt.

Costs & refunds
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless we made a mistake.  
• Refunds are processed within 7 days after receipt and inspection, to the original payment method.

Exchanges
• Please place a new order and return the original item as above.
