Delivery time

Our average delivery time is 7–20 business days.
This is because we work with external suppliers worldwide.
Ordered multiple items? Your order may arrive in separate packages.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a track & trace code.

Shipping costs

Within the Netherlands, we offer free shipping on all orders.
For orders outside the Netherlands, additional fees may apply. These are shown at checkout.

International shipping

We currently ship within Europe only. Orders outside Europe are not yet possible.

Incorrect address provided?

Please double-check your address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it against payment of the shipping costs.
